the electric company cuts power not the land lord. when you signed for the car you agreed to pay the bill. if you don't they have the right to take back what the paid for. stop giving going people bad information.

You don't tell them that a court order means their contract with the bank has also been terminated. You don't tell them that the court order leads to Judgement put on their credit profile. You also don't tell them that even with a court order, they will still be demanded to pay the shortfall remaining on their capital debt after the vehicle has been sold on Auction. I reposses bank financed vehicles, don't mislead people with falls information!!!

I have a tenant who has been waiting for a court order for him, his girlfriend, and their child to move out. It has now been 6 months, and I still do not have a court date. 🤧 By the way, the lease was terminated due to non-payment, and proper notice with a vacate date was provided. During inspections, I see my apartment deteriorating every day. My letters requesting that they keep the place clean and repair damage seem to be nothing more than pieces of paper that are simply ignored.💔💔

it's not all doom and gloom. If a landlord acts fast, you can get an order from court for the tacit Hypothec which will permit them to sell the tenant's property - furniture to recover the money owed furthermore, landlords can claim legal cost from the tenant so the tenant's must be careful to exercise this as they might end up more indebted.
