Some companies tend to prefer quantity over quality for quick, easy, safe money, and it's going to be worse with the forced AI-made slop. For those, they feel it's safer to crap out copy-paste cartoons every few months to quickly get some money and move on, that waste years and money on a well-made, well-thought media.

It’s obviously a mix of factors, but I feel like one that no one has already mentioned in this comment section yet is how people react to animated content. If you don’t use the “adult cartoon” style, people think your animated series is a little kids show and go nuts when adult themes are presented in it
