It’s nice to know that USAA has all this money to go out there and help people as they say I’ve been denied claims three times that I could’ve used on my Furniture after floods and they said no but yet they’re out there. I wonder how many claims they deny out there but yet spending the money to put employees out there no wonder why my insurance keeps going up

yeah we had USAA for over 10 years but when my son had a really bad car accident they treated us horribly and customer service absolutely sucked and we ended up cancelling all our policies and going somewhere else, talk about major disappointment..
