@sophiecooper.11: Skin update and pageant talkkkkkk omg guys im feeling the pressure! Representing a community that lacks representation especially in beauty is so important, and I’m super competitive so I’m not making it easy for myself ! Eek #tsw #pageant #eczemaflareup #skincondition #tswbaddie
Have you looked into your allergies? Have you tried the eczema less treatment cream? Www.aloeveracomsmetics.com.au 🥰

Thanks for always sharing. Do you take any nerve meds? I can’t even move some days! Also some spots are my back have no feeling anymore. I’ve been doing Nmt for the past two months and it was working great but I was so dry I decided to put on aquaphor after I got out the shower today…. Huge mistake! I’m in a huge flare right now and I leave for vacation in two days…. 😂 I’m so over this!!!!! 11 months and counting

Have you tried cold showers. Warm water is a trigger and cold water helps your skin stay calm and retain its oils. Also look into histamine intolerance and consider whether your eczema is triggered by what you’re eating (aged products can be a real trigger).

Hope the pageant goes well, amazing to embrace it and not let it stop you. Side note, having also suffered TSW the most effective thing I tried was Fluconazole from a pharmacy. Never ending deep bone itch, hot skin, itchy head, weeping skin? It helped improve it loads.
