I honor my Narcissistic mother and passive father by choosing to forgive them, while staying no contact with them until they initiate relationship with an acknowledgement /ownership of their part in causing pain and dysfunction in the relationship. This gives me peace daily while still showing honor. 💯

Exactly! It's been years since I've seen or spoken to my eldest daughter. I love her. Wish her the best in life. I pray for her. I forgive her. But I will not sacrifice my peace because I gave birth to her. I'm ok with never seeing or speaking to her again. 💯 💙
