My legs are like that but I genuinely can’t tell if it’s fat or lipedema. When I was thinner I still couldn’t tone my legs.

You’ve actually inspired me to get my arse in gear and do something about it. I only ever read that you can’t get rid of it. I’ve tried the lymphatic drainage massages but never saw a difference so gave up but you’ve made me realise there’s other things out there I need to be trying. Thank you, great account 🤍

I’m an ultra runner. Just finished a 155 mile race and my legs still look like this. They’ve never been toned and I’ve finally started wearing shorts because I can’t tolerate the heat anymore.
