so I imagine most of your followers are women but as a 30 year old man it's honestly so easily to listen to you and your content to even take some of it onboard well where I can. I would love something similar to help men through life men growing up and learning things are normal earlier on. I suffer with anxiety depression and god knows what else I've gone through alot growing up mentally and I've gone through it mostly alone partially because I'm a man but partially because I didn't know any different. having voices in my head through school, that certain things were not okay or okay with my body it's not something I could ever do but Its something I feel would really help men. thank you so much for your content and sharing what you go through it really helps more than you could ever imagine xx
