And the sad thing is that, the market can not finish in their four years period. district assembly common fund is the source of funding for the project, and the mayor claimed that he gets around 21 million cedis every year and 25% of the 21 million yearly contributions to the project. at the end of the four years period, the assembly will get around 84 million cedis and 25% of 84 will be around 20 million and some coins and the total sum for the 24hour market is 44 million cedis. this was said by the the mayor himself on radio, and common sense will tell you what will happen 🥹
