I bought a house when I was 25 but it was a lot easier to do that in the early 2000’s. After the housing market crash they made it so hard to buy a house and now they’re way overpriced.

When I was 26 years old, I was supporting a family of 5 on a single income as a department manager in a grocery store and I bought my first house. That was 22 years ago, and I couldn't do that now, but the things you're talking about weren't super unrealistic for the time the t v shows were made.
