its not that we dont understand what we are getting into with student loans... its that there is no other choice for so many students cause uni is so expensive that going to uni without a loan is impossible, and therefore the poorest students are being hit the hardest with the amount they have to take out

son's 6th form visited Leeds University, I opted him out and was told he had to do full day of revision, fair enough, however instead of revision he had a lecture about benefits on going to uni and he had to write a statement for uni, of course he walked out, seems colleges and 6th forms must get money per student signing up their lives to be in debt
