The easy recipe is just 4 Oreos, 1/4 cup milk, crush and microwave for 2 minutes. The not so easy way (in this video) is 4 Oreos, 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, mix and microwave for 2 minutes.
