Just want to come in with some helpful advice for those still preparing to pass their exam! This morning, I finally got to view my quick result at the 48-hour mark with confirmation that I really passed in 85 questions! I graduated 15 years ago and have three school aged children in the house and was able to pass on my first try with just a few months of preparation and believe I have some helpful advice to share with others. **Dr. Sharon on YouTube, who is part of the larger klimeth review is golden. Highly recommend. ⭐️ **Boot Camp questions, case studies and readiness exams are diamond. Highly recommend. 💎 -On bootcamp, do as many standalone questions and case studies as you can, and do all of the readiness exams! I did 900 stand-alone questions, did all four readiness exams, and nearly all of the case studies. - My biggest piece of advice is to thoroughly read the explanations and rationale for every single question and every single option even for the ones you get correct. There is so much valuable studying and information in doing that, seek to understand the clinical reasoning and not to memorize. I spent 2 months pounding out Boot Camp questions and taking my time to read and understand every single question and option through reading the rationale, it enhanced my clinical understanding and my clinical reasoning more efficiently than anything else. I did this for anywhere from 4 to 12 hours a day every single opportunity I could find to do it. Whether I was at my laptop or on my phone, I had a one-track mind. - Cheat sheets are valuable to read through as well. Print them if you can or just read on the website or app when you can. Also they will be cited as the reference/resource as you review rationales some of the time and the link is provided there, that is a good time to review a specific cheat sheet when provided, in direct relation to the question at hand. **I utilized copilot to seek extra clarification wherever I needed it. I instructed copilot to keep things in brief layman’s terms as I was studying for my NCLEX and it did just that whenever needed. 💡 **I also did listen to the Mark Klimeth lecture 12, (which another user here on the study group posted and I downloaded) Highly recommend! I recommend that lecture at or near the end of your other studying. It’s a great final piece. 💯 During the NCLEX, it felt very similar to the questions presented on Boot Camp. And there were a few times where something Dr. Sharon said, came right through my mind and showed up on the exam as well. You got this!!!! 🥳❤️🥳❤️🥳❤️🥳❤️🥳❤️🥳
