He can't give you something he hasn't got. It's obvious he's lacking the ability to communicate with you in a way that makes you feel seen, safe, loved, appreciated, and valued ect. You now have to see things differently now giving this new information about how he's expressing himself to you. It doesn't come easy for him and you must be patient with him. There's no point of being stuck in the fog and confusion of it. Be a boss, step up, let him no how you feel, and tell him you understand him better now, and that you didn't know he struggled articulating himself around feelings ect. Shake that confusion ok, because it's not sadness... It's emotional fog, but you've got this 💯
