Okay I fill mine to the fill line but after spinning it is about half full. Yours looks so full! Mine all goes to the sides with a big hole in the middle.

In my experience lite icecream always makes it too thin for my liking. All of my creamis are very low fat high protein but the regular icecream setting has never done me wrong. They’re always so thick when I use that setting but lite icecream messes up the same recipe 🤷🏻♀️

Maybe all these comments are people that have the same model you have idk. I have the deluxe and I spin it right out of the freezer, spin it once on light ice cream and it’s perfect. It has the thick premium store bought ice cream consistency. Don’t need warm water, respin, added liquid or anything.

I find that when I run it under water, the icy part that is all around the container gets mixed in and makes the end product less smooth. I let it sit room temps 15-20 min, no hot water, spin it once on light, 1x respin, 1x mix in (without anything) and 1x with the mix in
