ninja please what caused that was two Felicia's stealing from Walmart and then trying to escape in their car and running over a police officer. that cost the police officer to shoot in order to attempt to save his life. the proximate cause to anyone's death in that car was there criminality they were stealing. technically the driver of the car can be charged with murder because she was committing a crime when a death occurred.

absolute Terrible situation, but holding your baby up instead of idk. Just getting out of the car with the baby? also driver was in such a rush to leave that she hit a car while backing out and then continued on? Could 100% see it as she drove towards an officer. Cop shouldn’t put himself in front of the car either. But I wanna see body cam of the situation to see how the cop was positioned and if he put himself in front of the car to attempt to stop it.
