Recipe Name: Smoked Honey Glazed Ham Ingredients 1. 8-10 lb fully cooked ham 2. 1/2 cup brown sugar 3. 1/3 cup honey 4. 1/4 cup maple syrup 5. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 6. 1 tsp black pepper 7. 1 tsp garlic powder 8. 1/2 tsp cinnamon 9. 1/4 tsp ground cloves 10. 2 tbsp melted butter 11. 1/2 cup pineapple juice Recipe 1. Remove the ham from its packaging and pat dry. 2. Score the surface in a shallow diamond pattern. 3. Preheat the smoker to 250°F (120°C). 4. Place the ham in a disposable foil pan. 5. Combine brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, mustard, pepper, garlic powder, cinnamon, cloves, and melted butter. 6. Brush a generous layer of glaze over the ham. 7. Pour pineapple juice into the bottom of the pan. 8. Smoke the ham uncovered for 2 hours. 9. Baste with more glaze every 30 minutes. 10. Continue cooking until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C). 11. Apply a final thick layer of glaze. 12. Increase heat slightly or place under a broiler for a caramelized finish. 13. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing. 14. Spoon pan juices over the sliced ham. 15.
