@bodybreakerofficial: Maya putting in the work during her strengthening private yesterday. Maya is one of my Zoom clients who takes advantage of everything our program has to offer, including classes, shared sessions, and privates. As dancers continue to master their technique, time becomes more valuable, and I was able to squeeze in an hour with her before a full day of shared sessions. Watching her progress over the last year and a half has been incredible. Her consistency, dedication, and willingness to put in the work continue to pay off. It is always rewarding to see an online client come in person and perform at such a high level. One of my favorite exercises for improving lunge flexibility focuses on developing psoas strength and control. Many dancers struggle with lunges not because of flexibility limitations, but because they lack the strength required to actively support the position. Strength through range creates better flexibility, stability, and long-term results. So proud of Maya and all the work she continues to put in. It is truly a blessing to be part of her journey and watch her improve year after year.
