Girlll I was just talking to my therapist about this crying my ass out so mad and angry because I can’t find a job that hires me based on my schedule. Im just a single mom who wanna work my anybody else while still able to go to school and get my education. I am about to drop out of college once again because is just too hard to find a job period.

A lot of employers are posting jobs that they have no interest in hiring for, they just want to look good for their shareholders and show that their company is doing well despite the current economy, I’ve been job searching for 6 months now and made it to the final round for 4 jobs at this point, I’m so tired queen I feel you

I have been actively looking for a job for two years now. I have applied to City and State job that I qualify for and never hear back from them. Never! Not even an email saying thank you for applying response. Yet all you see on social media are advertisements that the City and State are hiring. Make it make sense.
