I get playing as a team. I buck the idea that we must go, with the group even if we don't like what the group is doing. Who is to lead the group? Will they do as leaders in the past and present enrich themselves? Power isn't worth it if it only enriches a small group leaving the rest with crumbs. If men are going to be the only leaders as is the current mindset of some FBA is problematic. Black women need to be part of the leadership.
