@emthenutritionist: What I eat in a day as a nutritionist to hit 100% of my daily fibre. AD Fibre is one of my biggest nutrition non-negotiables. It supports digestion, gut health, blood sugar balance, and cholesterol. The goal in the UK is 30g a day, but most people aren’t getting close. It doesn’t have to be complicated, especially with @Plenishdrinks new Fibre Shots. Breakfast was peanut banana chia pudding with raspberries, giving 16g fibre. Chia seeds are one of my favourite fibre heroes, with 2 tbsp giving around 10g fibre. I also topped mine with raspberries, which are one of the highest fibre fruits per 100g For a little morning boost, I had the new Plenish Ginger, Lime & Mint Fibre Shot, which gives 5g fibre in one 60ml shot. That’s 16% of your daily fibre needs, made with 100% natural ingredients, no added sugar and no additives. Small but mighty. Lunch was smashed pea and avo toast, giving 12g fibre. Peas are so underrated, avocado is a proper fibre hero, and I always chop in the herb stems and spring onion whites too which contain more fibre! Dinner was butterbean mash with harissa prawns, giving 12g fibre. Swapping potato mash for bean mash is one of my favourite fibre hacks to get 3x more fibre in. SO delish too, just warm & mash with olive oil, salt and pepper. #healthyrecipes #wieiad #whatieatinaday

The reminder about using everyday foods to build fibre intake is so important 💚 small additions like chia seeds, peas and beans can make a surprisingly big difference over time

yeah, keep prioritizing fiber and protein (while eating so little of carbs) Until ur body becomes so deprived of nutrients that it starts to prioritize keeping ur vital organs alive. That means ur period, bones, LEGS AND ARMS, ect. takes a back seat.
