@kate.back2me: ⚠️ I thought nausea was just something normal I had to suffer through. Turns out I was making it way worse without realizing it. ✅ 1. I stopped eating huge heavy meals I was trying to eat like I always had. 👉 Large meals sat in my stomach forever 👉 I felt miserable every time I ate heavy or greasy foods 👉Leaner meals instantly made my days easier ✅ 2. I started prioritizing protein first This changed everything. 👉 Nausea was always worse when I barely ate protein 👉 Protein kept me feeling more stable 👉 I aim for around 30g of protein per meal ✅ 3. I stopped waiting until I was starving I thought less food = better results. 👉 Going too long without eating made me feel awful 👉 Small protein snacks helped way more than I expected 👉 Reminders in my Back2Me helped me stay consistent ✅ 4. I started drinking electrolytes daily I didn’t realize how dehydrated I was. 👉 Headaches and nausea improved fast 👉 Sipping throughout the day worked better than chugging water 👉 Staying hydrated became non-negotiable ✅ 5. I stopped eating fried foods My body hated them on GLP-1. 👉 Fast food became a guaranteed mistake 👉 Heavy meals had me sitting on the toilet for hours lol 👉 Simpler foods = fewer side effects ✅ 6. I planned my shot day better I used to just wing it. 👉 I focused on protein and hydration the day before 👉 I stopped planning important things the next day 👉 My side effects became much more predictable ✅ 7. I stopped drinking sweet soda every day This one hurt 😂 👉 Diet soda was basically my personality but it made me feel bloated and nauseous 👉 Cutting back helped more than almost anything else I tried 👉 Now I make homemade electrolyte lemonades instead ✅ 8. I started tracking what caused my nausea This was probably the biggest one. 👉 Certain foods triggered it every single time 👉 I kept missing the patterns and wondering why I felt sick 👉 Tracking everything in my app helped me spot things I would’ve never noticed Most of my biggest improvements came from finding patterns and fixing small mistakes.
