As a type 1 diabetic it’s harder to loose the fat. When we have those spikes we have symptoms of exhaustion, brain fog and can’t concentrate. Then when the spike drops… we feel like we’re having a hangover. We just want to sleep, we have no motivation and it wrecks us for the rest of the day. We are obviously inject insulin and carb count with our meal but sometimes it’s not correct or we guess then that can either give us a higher spike or we’ve given ourselves to much insulin and then we have a low … shakes, tired, weak, extreme sweats which feels like an extreme hangover which sucks and obviously we need sugar which is carbs to bring our insulin back up but when we have these moments it’s not just as simple and a normal person to just loose fat. We have to work 10 times harder! Hate being a type 1 diabetic!
