A healthy diet requires a balanced intake of Calories, colorful vegetables + fruits, meat, & small handful of nuts + seeds. Veggies & fruits have lots of good nutrients & chemicals for your long-term health. This includes decreasing chances of dementia.

Rachel, you are such the video Queen. I saw 👀 you painting your mom’s home 🏡 , putting together a new sofa 🛋️and now slicing and dicing your veggies 🥕. You are such a homebody for an aerospace engineer 🤠. Besides the videos of you taking care of your lovely mom, the videos of your dad holding the punching guards while you worked your swing-around head kicks are my favorite ❤️. Go smart girls. I’m Tim, petroleum engineer and huge fan. Keep taking care of your lovely mom!!!

Alexander 🇺🇸 ألكسندر :
