I don’t know what state you’re in, or or exactly how it works for ( I’m in Canada ) but you probably have us valid lawsuit which I’m sure you probably don’t want to do because you’re happy with your career change but I don’t think they had enough to fire you, even if you sign something because you didn’t give any information of your company & co workers.
