Yessss to talking to water! All of those embarrassing moments from years ago that pop into your head randomly? Admit your embarrassment, explain the scenario and end with "This is over and done with, I dont have to be embarrassed anymore" and imagine your words washing down the drain with the water. I swear it creates a block in your brain and those thoughts wont pop up anymore
