What’s the characteristic of light being too strong?, mine seems to didn’t get burn but the leaves is curling up and newer leaves growth are shorter and smaller.

I only use that light in my greenhouse to grow seeds. My indoor plants can't handle that. Amazon has $10 lights for indoor plants.
