Honestly screw Olympic bar dead lifts. Maturing is realizing that trap bar dead lifts is the way to do. Puts u in good positions so u don’t have to worry about messing up your back. I can’t remember the last time I dead lifting on a straight bar

No please don’t do this guys. You’ll put too much pressure on your spine. You’re not supposed to squat a deadlift.. your hinge is one of the most important pieces to a deadlift. Rounding your back comprises the position of your shoulders causing problems with lockout. Squeezing like something is in your armpits. Don’t kill your back guys! 👍
