Love this! I’m going back to school soon, and something a professor told me always stuck with me: “You’ll be 30 in three years either way-you can be 30 with a degree or without one.” Nothing to be ashamed of when you’re investing in yourself!

Never too late to pursue something you’re passionate about! When I completed my dietetics degree there was several students aged over 40. They were the most committed and focused. They all got jobs pretty soon after graduating too! (Can be hard to get your first role as a graduate). I was also considered “mature aged” at 22. You’re definitely more there for the degree and not for the social aspect. Sounds like you’re loving it! 🙏🏻

i wanted to start after 30 too but idk how to afford a degree rn trying to save for a house at the same time. i already have a degree too from 2016 but i think a lot has changed.

Omg so relatable I’m 26 doing my second year in podiatry after doing finance/corporate consulting. Crazy that I didn’t think I’d be smart enough to do all the science heavy subjects but I’m doing far better than I ever did in my finance degree (which was a lot easier not going to lie I just didn’t have the motivation or passion for it). Better to do a career change now than doing it when your older and have more responsibilities

I went back to uni at 29 also and feel like I was actually ready and did well. In my late teens I deffs was not ready lol
