Idk if anyone heard or caught it, but the other day when the Foreman of the paint job was explaining the job, he described it as a single membrane coating. IE - one single layer on top: not binding. The fight against the algae broke through and not the whole single coat of paint is compromised to water seeping between that layer. This whole job is going to be redone it’s all coming back down lmao
