Discernment is judgement but judgement isn’t bad. We are convinced making judgments is bad but it is normal. We do it all day everyday.

Being AuDHD, my pattern recognition is inborn, and I chose to develop it as I aged (I was only diagnosed last year, when I was 50). My evaluation scores show my pattern recognition is in the upper 9th percentile.
