Creamy Boursin & Tomato Chicken Orzo 😍  When I say this is the cosiest of dinners plus it’s all made in one pan! 😮‍💨 it’s creamy, garlicky, tomatoey and just down right banging. ‼️And if you love quick & easy dinners like this, you’re gonna love my my new cookbook 20 minute Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers which you can pre order in my in my bio 💕 Ingredients (serves 2):  For the chicken: 200g chicken breast diced 
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic granules
Salt & black pepper

For the orzo base: 1 small onion, finely diced
1 tsp chopped garlic  1 tsp mixed herb seasoning 
1 tbsp tomato purée
100g passata 
500ml chicken stock (made with two cubes)
120g orzo dried  ½ tsp mild chilli flakes 
50g Boursin garlic & herb cheese  15g parmesan grated  3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley chopped  
💕Toss the diced chicken with paprika, garlic granules, salt and pepper.
 💕Spray a large deep frying pan with oil and place over a medium heat.
 💕Once hot, add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and sealed all over. Set to one side and keep warm.  
 💕In the same pan, add the onion along with the garlic. Cook for a couple of minutes until the onion is soft.  💕Next, add the tomato puree, mixed herb seasoning and chilli flakes. Cook for a further minute before adding the dried orzo, chicken stock and passata.Bring to a gentle simmer and cook uncovered for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.  💕Once the sauce has started to thicken and the orzo is softening, stir through the Boursin cheese.  💕Continue to simmer for a couple of minutes until the orzo is fully cooked.  💕Stir through the parmesan until combined. 💕Add the chicken back to the pan along with the resting juices before serving with fresh parsley.  Calories per portion: 538 l Protein: 38.2g l Fat: 18.1g l Carbs: 53.3g  • • _______ #onepanmeal #comfortfood #easydinner #highproteinmeals #lowcalorierecipes
