Postpartum everything showers feel less like a shower and more like a luxury spa retreat 😂 The second someone else is holding the baby and you get uninterrupted time to wash your hair, shave and just exist alone for twenty minutes, it's pure bliss. I spent years feeling exhausted, bloated and out of sync with my body. Then a woman in an online group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. A few months later I was down 30 lbs, had steadier energy and finally felt more like myself again. Love it) feels like hidden information.

I also had 3 C Sections and I just want all you mamas in the comments comparing yourselves to Lindsay to know that, it is okay if you do not bounce back as quickly as she’s showing you. Everyone’s body is different! She is pretty active, and so am I but I still did not recover THIS fast. I will say that the sooner you get up and walking, the better it is. But I was sore for weeks! That is okay too 🥰

He’s adorable!! The way Sage comes walking in holding him into your closet in your other story made my heart stop! Haha. My daughter is 12 and I would have the hardest time letting her hold a newborn all around the house. 🤣

I had a C-section with all 3 of my kids and after each one, it took me what felt like FOREVER and a day to get back to moving and feeling somewhat normal. 😭 You’re making it look so easy…I’m very jelly about that! 😏 But good for you, that’s really awesome!🙃Hayes is such a handsome little guy…can’t wait to start seeing his features pop out and who he looks like more…One thing I bet for sure is that he is going to have those beautiful baby blues like you all have!🥹💯🩵
