How do you literally call in and cancel the job after you gave authorization and it’s already been started? They shouldn’t be able to cancel once you start the job after receiving their authorization. That’s just crazy.

mechanics are expensive, I don't mean that in a derogatory way, it's just true. we're paying for your time, your tools, your knowledge, to get the job done right. I worked at an oil change place for years. I always got "an oil change is 100 bucks?" yeah .. you're literally paying for someone to do it lol

People just really don’t appreciate how complicated cars actually are. The intricacies especially of engines is insane, it’s kind of wild how well it all just works most of the time. Of fking course it’s expensive as hell to get stuff fixed

I’m cheap and do all my own work I have the ability to most people don’t. I’ve spent the last 8 years buying up just about every special tool you’ll need for major stuff but I still go for an alignment and tires and I don’t complain about price
