@yasheikaturner: A little while ago I posted a roti video and let’s just say… the feedback was honest. 😂 Many of you told me exactly what I was doing wrong and shared some really helpful tips and tricks. So this time, I decided to do my homework. I watched a Trinidad creator @Shala in the Kitchen✨🇹🇹💃🏻 and took notes, read through your comments, and headed back into the kitchen for round two. First, I mixed my ingredients and worked the dough until it came together. Then I let it rest because apparently that’s one of the secrets I missed the first time. After that, it was time to divide the dough, roll it out, and try my best to put all your advice into practice. Now I’m not claiming roti is officially my ministry yet… but I definitely think this batch turned out much better than the first one. 😄 So tell me honestly, did I redeem myself this time? #triniroti #roti #jamaicanfood #caribbeanfood
