Elon Musk, borrows $10M from the bank. He uses that money to buy stuff, but it isn't considered income so he isn't taxed. He uses his assets as collateral so he doesn't have to liquidate. No capital gains taxes either. He then pays the bank back with subsidies paid by tax payers. He became a billionaire on the backs of the working class.
