First time mom here who is scared to give more than purées to her 7 mo old.. does it break up well when they eat??? Don’t want her to choke but I want to start adding in some other things for her to eat.

Spent a whole day prepping my 6 month old blw foods. She didn’t like any of them. 🙃 I will be trying again next month. Granted, she hasn’t showed interest in food whatsoever. Not even purées.
