@beck.lifts4: Most people think their problem is eating too much junk food. For some people, that’s true. But for a lot of people, the real problem is that they’re trying to be too strict. They eat perfectly for 3 days. Then they get a craving. Have one cookie. Think they ruined everything. And turn one cookie into an entire cheat day. Then Monday comes and they start over. Again. The people who get lean aren’t perfect. They just don’t let one bad meal turn into a bad day. And they don’t let one bad day turn into a bad week. Fat loss isn’t about never messing up. It’s about getting back on track as quickly as possible. One cookie won’t ruin your progress. One meal won’t ruin your progress. One bad day won’t ruin your progress. But quitting because of it will.
