soo the dasher is already at the store and u call and cancel? id be so mad if I was that dasher. you just wasted everybody's time and u expect to get all ur money back and just have someone else do it? it doesnt work that way.

Just screenshot it and do a charge back with your card. I had to do that with Uber Eats because the driver couldn’t scan my ID cause he didn’t have good enough service and wanted me to get in his car and go somewhere else. Support said if I’m charged a fee after he returns it. Couple hours go by and I ask if he ever did and I was like “ok when am I getting my refund” they were like “you did but you were charged a restocking fee” and I was like “the one you said you’d refund?” “Oh we can’t do that for alcohol” so even thought it wasn’t even my fault they wouldn’t refund me. Chargeback got me my money
