As a nurse I was taught that physical things just happen. There’s even this term that’s used in the medical field- “idiopathic” which means unknown origin. I use to think whenever there was something happening with my body that it was a “coincidence” or “bad genetics” or “a bug” basically something outside of my control was determining what was happening inside my body…. Looooool I took this as truth honestly… never questioned it. But at a certain point something didn’t sit right. It was this idea that health and body was totally outside mine or your control. Born with “a bad thyroid” Anxiety “runs in the family” Your body just “doesn’t like gluten” Fibromyalgia? It just “happens” And on and on and on… Then I learned that humans are literally massive balls of energy- not theoretically….actually… scientifically. This shifted everything for me!! Energy is something that can be controlled and shifted because our energy field is made by our nervous system and emotions. THESE things are change-able. Our body is a messaging system for our higher self/ souls to communicate with us. It’s constantly whispering to us but if we’re not listening- it starts yelling…. Hence physical symptoms.
