Medication!! They will not replace controlled medications! And trying to get meds will be hard I also keep meds like excidren for headaches and a first aid kit and a small bag of deodorant shampoo/conditioner and a spare set of clothes

Because I have a cat, I keep a ziplock bag of cat food or canned cat food, a collapsible bowl, doggy pads to put in her cage

Okay I have a question I'm in Tennessee where there is a lot of valleys and mountains near us so we usually don't get any just tornado watches sometimes but I know this year it's supposed to be a little worse so is going in a basement in a room where there isn't any windows is that a good shelter cause we don't a tornado shelter

Literally prep as if the world is going to end and I have to start from scratch. And I got a lot of it at dollar tree. I have a seperate tote that’s dedicated to first aid. Bandaids, gauze, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, alcohol pads….the usual I even have scalpels lol. We have a tote that has batteries, a solar powered radio and it winds up, zip ties, solar lights, medicine books, plants that are safe to eat book, a small survival book, a sillcock key, water purifying tablets, water straw, like literally anything survival. We love to camp so this works for both situations. I buy those water tablets once every six months. We also all have go bags with outfits, that could last if that’s all we had for a while. Currently trying to score some hiking boots for my daughter and son.
