Episode 3 of my fun fusion foods series. These are so good!! Save & try 😋😋😋 recipe👇 BUTTER CHICKEN RICE PAPER ROLLS 😋 - episode 4 of my fun fusion foods series 🥰 These are DELICIOUS 🤤 & so much fun!! This one is a mix of Indian butter chicken and Vietnamese summer rolls, it also has a slight imitation of Japanese sushi 🍣  INGREDIENTS (makes 2 large rolls)  Butter chicken (can be homemade or store bought)  Chicken marinade  - 2 chicken breasts, chopped small - - 1 tbsp yoghurt  - - 1/2 tsp garam masala  - - 1/2 tsp turmeric  - - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper  - - 1/2 tsp garlic granules  - - 1/2 tsp cumin  - - half a lemon juiced  - Sauce  - - All of the same spices as above, combined - - 1 onion  - - 1 tbsp butter  - - 1 clove garlic  - - Can chopped tomatoes (400g) - - 50ml double cream  - - pinch salt  - - coriander  Roll ingredients  - 1 cucumber and one carrot, peeled with a julienne peeler  - 1 head of baby gem lettuce  - 4 rice paper sheets - cooked Sushi rice (I used like 1/4 of a mug worth of uncooked) METHOD - Marinade the chicken cubes in the marinade ingredients  - Fry in the pan until cooked (5-6 mins on medium heat) then remove - Add butter and an onion and fry for 3-4 minutes then add the garlic and fry for a further minute with all of the spices  - Pour in the tomatoes and turn heat to high, stir for 2 minutes then add in the cream, reduce to a simmer and blend with a stick blender or in a food processor (not necessary but if you want a smooth sauce)  - Set some sauce aside for dipping then add the chicken back to the rest of the sauce and stir on medium heat for 2-3 more minutes  - Wet 2 rice paper sheets and add to a board with 1/2 of the roll ingredients including sushi rice and chicken  - Fold edges in and roll up tightly  - Cut carefully with a knife into pieces  - Enjoy! #Recipe #EasyRecipes #recipeshare #ukfoodblogger #quickrecipe
