Beautiful photo, but I think your approach is giving street vendor. Maybe start with, "Excuse me, not trying to interrupt your family time, but I caught the cutest moment of you together and wanted you to have it as a memory." A gift without it starting with you being a photographer, which sounds immediately like a pitch.
