Wow ❤️In full disclosure I'm a Microsoft employee very involved in AI. I had no idea this blew up & it makes me so happy. This isn't some CEO saying things: it's our culture, mission, and values showing up. I worry a lot about AI like all of us & if I'm doing the right thing. We hear so much about the negatives & this is a different viewpoint. I look forward to learning more from people's comments here.

This would be true if LLMs learned from every interaction, but that is not how they work. One of the biggest problems language-model systems face is memory, which causes them to make frequent mistakes—even when you upload skills, use continuity prompts, or design detailed supporting documents. Every new chat effectively behaves like a different agent. The premise that these systems continuously learn from experience is incorrect. The models are not designed to learn from each individual interaction. They have their own configuration and internal priorities, which often take precedence over the criteria or requirements the user needs them to follow. What is genuinely valid and effective, however, is a cross-control system. That approach is practical, functional, and demonstrably more reliable.
