The cooks used to complain that the servers didn't tip enough. They made $30+ an hour while I was payed $2 an hour and our income was mostly tips and I already have to split 20% of my tips with the busser. Glad I'm not a server anymore.

I worked in a tip pool once. YOU BEST BELIEVE I KEPT THOSE CASH TIPS AND FOUND A NEW JOB AFTER THE SEASON ENDED. The audacity was insane.
