They cannot control the spins on a slot machine. The RNG selects, what spins pay what based on 1 of 4 settings that come with the machine itself. Initially, they can control the percentage of what gets paid over the life of the machine by selecting one of those settings. But they do not have control over when a particular spin will pay, and when it won’t.

In brick and mortar ones I agree but social casinos are different story and I do believe 100% that they control who wins and loses because when you get on there and you’re hitting on a game every game will hit and if you get on there and you’re losing every game you’ll lose on no matter what game you go to you’ll still lose
