Spread onto a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 30–40 minutes, until crispy. Gochujang Chicken- • Chicken thighs • Gochujang sauce • Minced garlic • Salt & pepper • Cayenne pepper • Garlic powder • Drizzle of olive oil Mix everything together and coat the chicken well. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes. (I baked the chicken and rice at the same time!) Sauce • Mayo • Buldak hot sauce • Lemon juice • Cilantro Mix until smooth. Salad In a bowl -Crispy rice, Gochujang chicken, Avocado, Edamame, Cucumber, Spring onion Add the sauce and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
