And if you aren’t lifting enough weight for your forearms to give out don’t use straps forearm and grip strength is important too

For people who do grappling sports or any athletic sport grip strength being insanely built from doing deadlifts or rows it’s stupid to use straps limiting your grip. Theres simply not enough time to isolate grip work like that.
