mine was the opposite, I had to be lying down. fed him in the park once on a walk. I must have looked crazy. like a sow nursing her piglet.

The amount of people who offered me chairs. Our phase was quite solid. Butttt, we did become pro at being able to feed anywhere walking around as it built arm strength. Consider it a new superpower 🦹♀️

Do you feel more relaxed this way? I find my babe latches so well when I'm standing too. if you feel comfy, and babe is latched well...you do you and babe!

Have you tried biological nurturing (laid back nursing) or side laying nursing? These both allow the breasts to fall naturally the same way as when you are standing!

Everything’s a phase! Even my 12 year old still going through phases of good habits and bad 🤣 ride the phase, a new one is around the corner for better or worse 😬😮💨

I recall my friend’s baby went through a phase of only feeding if she was completely topless 😂 made leaving the house rather awkward! This too shall pass ❤️

My Theodore went through the same phase at around 3mo. It lasted about 3 weeks but it passed.

It’s because they don’t have to work as hard, milk comes out faster!! Mine did this for about 6 weeks

I can’t feed standing up because my boobs are too big and nips are too low so I have to hold my boob up for him. First time I’ve ever been grateful for that cause standing to feed is a big nos from me, I’m already too tied 😂😂

my girl will only feed when we are laying down now😂 it’s like a routine she prefers! eat to sleep. Which is fine of course but can be rough in public when trying to breastfeed her😂😂
