Ok so my heart rate was tested and supposedly it’s “normal” for my age which is whatever at this point but I started adding electrolytes to my daily regimen and I’m not getting as dizzy when I stand up and I feel less tired

wait what is that? I was just recently diagnosed with dysautonomia and pots and I didn't know until a couple weeks ago that I was supposed to have salt and electrolytes. I have no idea what I should be getting, what's good what's not good, I'm not seeing a rheumatologist yet and I'm in the middle of switching my primary bc the I've been seeing hasn't helped me at all in 4 years. I'm so lost when it comes to all of this and my gi has been no help either besides giving me different prescription laxatives and I'm on my 3rd prescription in a month bc they're not working for me.

I was having issues with heart palpitations and had ekgs and a halter monitor only for them to find nothing and prescribe me a beta blocker, which made me feel terrible. I figured out for myself that I literally just needed salt.
