Forgiveness is going to set you free. It is going to free your energy. It is going to open your heart. It is going to create space in your body, your soul, and your life. And forgiveness is also medicine for your manifestations. Because when you are holding on to low-vibrational, toxic energy like rage, anger, bitterness, and resentment, there is no room for what you are asking God to bring in. That pain becomes dense. It takes up space. It clogs your energy. It keeps your heart guarded. It keeps your nervous system locked in the past. It keeps you tied to the very person or situation you say you want to be free from. Forgiveness does not mean what they did was okay. It does not mean you go back. It does not mean you give them access. It does not mean you betray yourself. Forgiveness means you stop letting the wound own you. It means you release the energetic contract with the pain. It means you set them free so you can finally set yourself free. It means you open your heart, your soul, and your field to something higher. Forgiveness and compassion are two of the highest vibrational energies you can embody. So if you really want what you say you want, let that heaviness go. Forgive them. Release them. Bless yourself.
